  6. This is a small CLI program that allows you to tie certain actions to files and
  7. directories.  As soon as the file(s) or director(y|ies) change, a Shell command
  8. you specify is executed.  Can handle multiple files and/or directories per
  9. action and as many actions as memory allows.
